Brooker Creek Mitigation Bank is the name listed for this project and can be found on the bottom right corner of the map known as the Master Site Plan. J Rand is all we know at that time, however, we later learn that a Jamie Rand attended a TEAMS meeting with SWFWMD on 04/10/2023. Other Attendees include: Bob Dasta (SWFWMD Lead Engineer), Cliff Ondercin (SWFWMD Environmental Manager), Adrienne Vining (SWFWMD Legal Dept), Lee Hughes (SWFWMD Litigation Bank Lead), John Emery (Senior Technical Project Manager at GreenSource), Ryan Deibler (Owner of GreenSource), Lisa Cartwright (Engineer at GreenSource). So, after digging further, we find out a lot about Jamie Rand.
He is the co-owner of Scores strip clubs among many other companies.
A search of his name in Hillsborough Clerk of Court will return 588 case files!
Jamie really hates media attention, but he is about to get it. Maybe some attention will make him a little less interested in this endeavor.
He allegedly is also is trying to steal another development from Monier Rahall. He has documented many of his unscrupulous actions here: https://unassistedtripleplay.com/
His wife writes children’s books, so more to come on that also.
